I am very excited to be able to share a little secret with my readers. I am sure you all know how much I enjoy a good bottle of wine or two, and how much I love our local regional vineyards… well, I have just been asked to contribute a monthly wine review for Focus Magazine Port Macquarie.
This is a dream for me because I have a keen interest in promoting the fantastic produce our local area has to offer. The grape varieties used on the North Coast are unique. They have been specifically chosen to take advantage of the regions climate and growing conditions. The wine makers are enthusiastic and passionate and I find this wholehearted zeal contagious. The results for consumers are gorgeous individual wines, which match our lifestyle and local produce perfectly.
I am looking forward to sampling the best the region has to offer and suggesting the perfect drop for your next occasion.
