or Nestle Top & Fill

gm Twix Pods
Instructions
Method Using Ice-Cream Maker
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Stir the Dulce de Leche until the caramel is smooth.
Gently combine the Dulce de Leche with the cream and place into an ice cream maker.
Set the ice cream maker on to chill and churn for 1 hour.
Roughly chop 1/2 the Twix Pods.
Once the Ice cream is ready pour the mixture into a freezing tray.
Mix 3/4 of the pods through the ice-cream and reserve the remainder for the top.
Chill the ice-cream in the freezer until required (2-3 hours is best)
Method By Hand
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Stir the Dulce de Leche until the caramel is smooth.
Gently combine the Dulce de Leche with the cream place into a metal loaf tin and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove the metal tray from the freezer and use a stick blender to churn the ice-cream and break up ice crystals return to the freezer.
Repeat this process two more times on the hour.
Roughly chop 1/2 the Twix Pods.
On the last churn stir through 3/4 of the twix pods by hand.
Use the remainder of the pods to decorate the top of the ice-cream.
Chill the ice-cream in the freezer until required (2-3 hours is best)
