These healthy Pork & Fennel Burgers are perfect for dinner or to take to a BBQ. They are simple to make and very yummy!

Instructions
In a large bowl, add the pork, onion, fennel, apple, carrot, chili, garlic, ground fennel, egg, and salt. Mix well.
Shape into 4 burger patties.
Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat, add the oil. Fry the burgers for 4-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
For the Apple Slaw; Place the cabbage, onion, apple, and cilantro into a large bowl, mix well.
Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
To assemble the burgers; add some of the apple slaw to the bottom half of the bun, top with a burger and BBQ sauce, then add the top of the bun.
Serve and enjoy!
