Severed Cheese Finger in Meat Pie
Bite into these fleshy severed fingers and feel the pretzel bone crunch in your mouth. Happy Halloween!

Ingredients

gm butter

gm plain flour

Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the flour and combine the two. Cook the butter and flour until it becomes dry and lighter in colour.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add 1/4 of the milk stirring well.
Once the mixture is smooth add another quarter of the milk and stir well.
Return the saucepan to a low heat and add the remaining milk whilst stirring.
Add the cheese to the mixture and continue to stir until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Place the hot cheese sauce into a piping bag.
Using a chocolate finger mould place an almond slice in each of the finger nail positions.
Pipe the cheese sauce into the moulds. Make sure to only half fill each finger.
Press the pretzel into each finger.
Top the fingers up with cheese sauce until full.
Place the moulds in the freezer to set.
Once the fingers have set remove them from the moulds.
Place fingers on a serving dish in the fridge until ready to use, or in an airtight container.
