Combine eggs, milk and butter in a 1 litre jug and use a stick blend to combine.
Place all the dry ingredients on top of the liquids and use the stick blender to mix until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. (Can be refrigerated overnight. But if preparing for cooking the next day add the baking powder to the mixture just prior to cooking in the morning)
Berry Topping
Chop mixed berries and place in a bowl.
Sprinkle the sugar over the berries and stir.
Place the berries in the fridge and allow to macerate. This will produce soft sweet fruit with a delicious fruity syrup.
