Ingredients

orange
zest only

cut into 1 inch lengths

Instructions
Using a vegetable peeler, peel thick strips of the zest from the orange. Add to your slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the beef cheeks, to the slow cooker. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the beef cheeks and mix into the sauce.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Serve the beef cheeks with a little cooking broth and a side of rice and sauteed bok choy.
