Feta Cheese

zest and juice

Rosemary
finely chopped

teaspoon
Pepper
ground

Olive Oil

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients apart from the oil and butter into a bowl and combine well.
Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, 2-3 tablespoons of mixture per ball.
Place a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the oil and butter.
Fry the meatballs for 10-15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until cooked through. If the meatballs brown too quickly lower the heat.
Remove from the heat and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
