litre Vitasoy Coconut Milk

washed Arborio rice

caster sugar

vanilla bean paste

sultana

green cardamon pods

cinnamon quill

star anise

ground cinnamon
1/2
tsp
ground ginger
freshly grated nutmeg

English Breakfast teabag
pinch of salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and set on high for 2 1/2 hours.
Stir the rice pudding about 1 hour into the cook time.
When the rice pudding has reached the desired consistency remove the teabag and whole spices.
Serve with fresh or poached fruit.
